Tell the Robot Parrot about
the encounter you have in mind.
Three steps: how the patient presented, how you managed the case, and the questions or uncertainties you're left with. Record the ingredients one at a time using the guided recording feature, or record the entire case in one go if you've done this before. About 90 seconds is plenty — when you stop, Robot Parrot turns it into an evidence-based audio lecture for your drive home.
Case presentation
Sex, chief complaint, key vitals, relevant history and exam — plus your workup: labs, imaging, ECG, what you ordered and what it showed.
For example — "This is an elderly patient who came in altered and confused. Vitals were stable, exam non-focal. Workup showed a UTI, and the tox screen came back positive for methamphetamine."
Management undertaken
What you did and why — meds and doses, interventions, order of operations, disposition.
For example — "We decided he wasn't safe to discharge. When he tried to leave we physically restrained him and held him against his will, gave lorazepam and ziprasidone for the agitation, and admitted him to medicine."
Questions, concerns, thoughts & other info
Where you hesitated or had to guess, how you think you did, what you'd do differently, and anything else worth teaching on.
For example — "I'm not sure the UTI fully explained his altered mental status — and my real question is when restraining him like that is actually legal, and when it could get me in trouble."
Records in one continuous take — tap when you're ready, and we'll start building your lecture the moment you stop.
